"What a great company! From the response to our first email to our return home to the UK, New Zealand Frontiers were a delight to deal with. A minor problem with a sat nav was dealt with immediately with a replacement delivered personally the same day. The great service extended to forgotten items being shipped to the UK free of charge. This was our first trip to New Zealand and we didn't know what to expect from a camper van. Kenrick (the owner) spent time at the start of our holiday running through everything we needed to know, making our first few hours of travelling worry free! The onboard sat nav had a really useful spoken guide that gave information, history and stories about the areas being travelled through (you can switch this off if you don't like it). After a month of driving around in our home we were sad to have to hand it back. Thank you so much Kenrick for helping make an exciting holiday very special."
